The next evolution in pump technology is here. From a brand you have trusted for almost 100 years comes the EVO Series™ Electric Diaphragm Pump.
MouldAir is taking many of the benefits of its industry leading EXP Series Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps and combining them with a unique set of features from other pump technologies.
The result? An electric diaphragm pump with exclusive features never before available in one pump solution. You get the versatility of a diaphragm pump with the efficiency and controllability of other positive displacement pumps.
It's time to evolve your expectations of what a pump can do for you.

When Ideas Evolve Into Reality

The EVO Series™ Electric Diaphragm Pump offers an exclusive set of proven technologies packaged into one breakthrough pump.

  • Integrated encoder
  • No maintenance gearbox
  • Sealless design – no dynamic seals that could allow hazardous fluids to enter the environment
  • Unique 3 chamber design
  • Innovative diaphragm developed exclusively for the EVO Series™ Electric Diaphragm Pump
  • Choice of 5 different materials of construction to handle the most aggressive and corrosive fluids. Select from stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, polypropylene or conductive polypropylene.
  • Built-in control and monitoring capability
  • Can be controlled with a PLC
  • Built-in motor thermal protection
  • Extended maintenance cycle and smart maintenance schedule
  • Synthetic oil and filtration system for reliable performance over a wide range of temperatures
  • MouldAir exclusive AC gear motor available in standard (black) safety area version or hazardous duty (red) version
  • Deadhead Capability: The EVO Series™ Electric Diaphragm Pump provides real deadhead protection. A built-in encoder can sense the pumping speed, slow the motor down and hold system pressure for long periods of time. Its automated system allows the pump to restart the process without priming and can be programmed for automatic shutdown.
  • Leak Detection: With built in leak detection sensors can detect diaphragm failure and shut down the pump to avoid leaks.
  • Secondary Leak Containment: For added protection, the pump was engineered with secondary seals to protect the actuation mechanism in the event of a diaphragm failure.
  • Built-in encoder and Variable Frequency Drive included: Monitor and control the pump flow according to your process parameters, including flow, head, torque and others.
  • Maximum energy efficiency: Fully electric pump utilizes a 400V AC gear motor and requires no compressed air system.
  • Lower repair costs: With integrated monitoring, preventative maintenance happens on a predictable schedule. Repairs are easy to perform, keeping downtime to a minimum.
  • Lower Pulsation: With its unique three-chamber design, pulsations are significantly lower compared to traditional two-chamber electric diaphragm pumps.
  • Easy to Install: MouldAir engineers eliminated the need for a base plate or shaft alignment. The EVO Series™ pump has a compact footprint and can fit in small operational spaces.
